Huge 2 storey duplex house in Dayton Ohio in CLELAND, South Australia for sale

I have owned this 2 storey multifamily house in Dayton for 5 years. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, loungeroom, basement and attic each side. (It gets very cold in the winter there).
I have a very good property manager who looks after the property and monitors the tenants. The current tenants have been there 14 months and pay the rent on time every month. The only reason I am selling is because I have retired and am reorganising my investments. If you did up the right hand side it would double the rental return. For 25.000 dollars this would pay for itself with very little input from the owner.
